Chocolate Butter Cake
Bahan:
120 gr mentega
½ sdt vanili
250 gr gula pasir
2 btr telur
125 gr tepung terigu
25 gr tepung maizena
50 gr coklat bubuk
1 sdt BP
150 ml susu segar + 2 sdm ovaltine
chocolate chip secukupnya
½ sdt vanili

Cara membuat:
- Kocok mentega, gula, vanili hingga mengembang dan pucat, masukkan telur, kocok lagi hingga tercampur rata dan mengembang.
- Masukkan tepung terigu, maizena, coklat bubuk dan susu ovaltine secara bergantian, sambil diaduk hingga rata.
- Oven hingga matang (lk. 30 menit untuk loyang bulat gating 20cm)
- Angkat, dinginkan. Potong-potong.
Blueberry muffin
Bahan :
1-1/2 cup Tepung terigu
1/2 cup Gula pasir
3 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Garam
1 cup Susu
1/3 cup Mentega, cairkan
1 butir Telur
Selai Blueberry (resep asli :1 cup chocolate chip)
1/2 cup Gula pasir
3 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Garam
1 cup Susu
1/3 cup Mentega, cairkan
1 butir Telur
Selai Blueberry (resep asli :1 cup chocolate chip)
Cara membuat :
§ Campur bahan kering.
§ Dalam wadah yang berbeda, campur telur, susu, dan mentega cair, aduk rata.
§ Tuang ke dalam campuran tepung, aduk asal rata. Masukkan dalam loyang muffin yang sudah dioles mentega. Tuang selai blueberry di tengah atau diatas adonan.
§ Panggang dalam suhu 180 derajat celcius selama 20 menit.
Milk Shake 10 bh strawberry 750 cc susu cair 200 gr gula pasir 200 cc air 2 kantung teh seduh siap pakai pasta strawberry secukupnya es batu secukupnya Cara: 1.Milk shake: Rebus air dan gula pasir hingga gula larut, angkat. 2. Masukkan teh, seduh selama 2 menit, angkat. 3. Masukan buah strawberry, susu cair dan saus gula ke dalam blender.
Blender hingga halus. Lalu saring, tambahkan pasta, aduk rata.
4. tata mutiara dalam gelas dan tuangkan milk shake. Sajikan dengan es batu.
